CLEIACenter for Law, Economics, and Artificial Intelligence
About the Center
I am the founder of the Center for Law, Economics, and Artificial Intelligence (CLEAI), a non-profit, non-partisan research organisation dedicated to addressing the growing challenges posed by emerging technologies, particularly concerning social inequality. We bring together leading academics, policymakers, and industry experts to explore the complex intersections of law, economics, and artificial intelligence. Our multidisciplinary approach recognises that technological advancements, while offering immense potential, have thus far exacerbated existing inequalities, disproportionately impacting vulnerable communities. At CLEAI, we strive to democratise access to knowledge and foster inclusive innovation, ensuring that the benefits of technological progress are equitably distributed across society.
Through the centre, we create and run a series of research projects and initiatives to help tackle social inequalities, as a priority, we focus on the most disadvantaged groups of society, the main topics of our projects include:
- Gender inequality
- Poverty alleviation
- Education and child development
- Humanising the Criminal Justice System
- Discrimination
- Disabilities and neurodivergence
- Water pollution and climate change
